Because our products are printed individually when an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Include the following information:

● Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for packages lost in transit should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
